My career started in the classroom over 27 years ago and the experience has never left me. I eventually moved into administration and started a charter school in Pennsylvania for 1,000 K-12 students. I knew there was more that I could do in addition to teaching, supervising principals and working with curriculum, so I began consulting internationally.
I firmly believe personalized learning is one of the best ways to build an education system that offers equal access to all students. I have spent my entire career advocating for this type of access and I am thrilled to be part of a company that shares my beliefs.
I am a product of public education and proud to be from a small town in Kansas. I always loved school and this passion led me to the profession. I feel honored to be at the forefront of real progress in the classroom by equipping schools and districts with the right framework to offer true student-centered education.
