Dr. Jaimie C. Foster
Supervisor of School Improvement, Harrisburg School District
Jaimie C. Foster is the Supervisor of School Improvement in the Harrisburg School District. Prior to assuming this position, Dr. Foster served as Director of Curriculum & Instruction in the School District of the City of York. Prior to serving in York City, Dr. Foster held numerous administrative positions in Harrisburg School District, including Assistant Principal, Principal, Mathematics & Science Supervisor, and Chief Academic Officer.

Dr. Stephanie Capen
Director of Institutional Research, St.Margaret's Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano, California
Stephanie has been teaching Middle and Upper School Mathematics and Science courses for the past 12 years, has worked at the Curriculum Research & Development Group at the University of Hawaii Manoa, and was a lecturer in the Educational Foundations department at the University of Hawaii Manoa. Stephanie is a constructivist educator deeply passionate about honoring student voice and leveraging data and feedback to enhance pedagogical practices and promote institutional growth.

Intan McCartt
Operations and Compliance Manager, Project Inspire
Intan serves as the Operations and Compliance Manager for Public Education Foundation's (PEF's) Project Inspire Teacher Residency. Every child deserves an incredible teacher, and Intan takes that to head and heart with her ideas and vision about the resident experience at Project Inspire. She is primarily responsible for operational and compliance functions of the Project Inspire teacher residency program, including managing day to day operations, executing on partnerships, overseeing the recruitment processes, managing budgets, and complying with partner and funder requirements for the residents and program.

Mark Neal
Director of Project Inspire
As director of the Project Inspire teacher residency, Mark’s work focuses on the strategic design and implementation of the program. This includes fostering healthy and effective partnerships with school districts and universities, increasing program sustainability, designing curriculum for program participants, and measuring program progress toward key strategic goals. An experienced K-12 teacher, Mark deeply values time spent in host residency classrooms, working alongside the Project Inspire coaching team to develop a different kind of teacher, one who believes deeply in success for all students and advocates fiercely on their behalf.
Mark taught middle grades science in Asheville, NC before moving to Chattanooga to teach middle grades science at Normal Park Museum Magnet. During that time, he earned certification as Middle Grades generalist through the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Mark then moved to PEF in 2011 to be part of its new teacher residency program, where he first served as a curriculum designer and coach for program graduates, before eventually moving into the role of program director.
